Breath of Fire: Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position with your hands resting on your knees. Begin by taking a deep breath in, and then do brisk exhales through your nose while simultaneously pumping your navel in towards your spine. Continue this quick, rhythmic breathing pattern for 1-3 minutes, then release and take a few deep breaths before continuing with your practice.
