Savor Beauty primarily uses UPS and USPS as our carrier service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS has provided these statements:

As of March 20, 2020 Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

Changes to Commitment Times
Delivery times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice. In addition, the UPS Service Guarantee continues to be suspended for all shipments until further notice.

Expedited Shipping

Any Next Day Air or Expedited orders that come in after 12PM will be shipped the following business day. UPS does not deliver on the weekends. This means Overnight and 2-Day orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday of the following week

Free Shipping

Retail orders over $50* are shipped free of charge for the contiguous U.S. only. International orders will pay standard shipping rates. USPS + UPS Ground Home Delivery only.

International shipping is available, however, additional international customs fees and taxes may be required for delivery. These fees + taxes are not related to Savor Beauty.

Returns & Exchanges

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, opened products (including broken shrink wrap) cannot be returned. We can exchange unopened products within 14 days of receipt.

If you don't love your Savor Beauty products, please email us at within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges, and we cannot accept any products after that period.
