Simple Steps To Skin Visioning ⭐

If you want to change your skin for good, you need to understand why it’s reacting the way it is, and that first starts with a daily skin visioning entry into your Savor Life Planner.

When? We recommend that you skin vision in the evening when the day is done and you’re settling into bed.

How? Skin visioning is similar to bullet journaling, where you record short notes with each bullet—no full sentences needed.

See below for steps you should follow for a clearer, brighter complexion:

#1. In the “Gorgeous Chaos” section of your planner, use bullets to record the skincare products you’ve used that day, your current stress level, the food you ate, your daily water intake, the amount of sleep you got that night, and anything else you think might affect your skin.

2. At the bottom of each day’s entry, take note of how your skin looks and feels that day. Are you breaking out? Does your skin feel super dry and flaky? Write it all down. (P.S. Raspberry Seed Serum is super nourishing for dry skin!)

 3. After you’ve skin visioned for a few weeks, look back on previous entries and look for patterns.

Are you breaking out with acne this week? How much dairy were you eating last week? Could you have a gluten intolerance?

If your skin is super dry, look to see how many glasses of H2O you chugged or how many cocktails you indulged in at that party the other night. Write down any patterns you start to see in the lined pages at the end of each week.

Using great products and searching for patterns and connecting your habits to your skin will really help you learn why your skin is looking the way it is, and what you can do (or avoid) to make it look better.

Skin visioning takes about 5-10 minutes each day and is an ideal way to get in tune with your body and give your skin the love and attention it deserves. ❤️
