Eat Beauty: Probiotic Raspberry Rose Truffles Recipe

Our friends over at Provenance Meals sent over this delicious recipe in honor of our nourishing Raspberry Serum, brightening Truffle Face Cream, and hydrating Rose Toner.

We love glowing from the inside out! Antioxidant-rich raspberries and rose water fight aging and help satisfy those sweet cravings. The coconut yogurt contributes beneficial probiotics while cashew and pistachio provide healthy fats for lasting energy. 
Probiotic Raspberry Rose Truffles
Yield: 29 truffles

1/2 cup Cocoa butter, melted
2/3 cups Cashews  
1/2 cup Coconut yogurt 
1/2 cup Freeze-dried raspberry
3 Tbs. Maple syrup 
1 Tbs. Rosewater 
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/16 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Pistachios, toasted and chopped

Blend melted cocoa butter, cashews, coconut yogurt, freeze-dried raspberry, maple syrup, rosewater, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until completely smooth. Fold in pistachios, and refrigerate overnight. Using a tablespoon, scoop up one tablespoon at a time and roll into truffles. Refrigerate promptly.
