3 Beauty Tips to Energize Your Skin + Spirit 🤒

I used to brag to my friends that I never get sick. Guess what? In three weeks, I have gotten a stomach bug, head cold and throat ache.

I wasn't able to get all of my work done in the last week and had to leave an important meeting early. It's a sign that I need to take nourishment to the next level so I can show up looking + feeling my best.

I'm well enough to return to work, but I'm not looking so hot... here are my tips on how to take care of your skin post-ailment so you put your best face forward!

3 Beauty Tips to Get You Out of Bed

1. SINUS-CLEARING SHOWER

Take 10 drops of Live + Laugh Peppermint Oil and dispense it all along the shower floor. Let the hot steam activate the aromatherapy to loosen up congestion

2. DEPUFF + DETOX  Stick the Rose Quartz Roller in the fridge for 10 minutes, apply your serum, follow our routine + drain your lymph nodes.

3. BAD TO THE BONE  Eat foods that are rich in nutrition to strengthen your immune system. I love making a hearty beef bone broth and the body just craves a soup when it's unwell.
