How To

1. For hot therapy, warm in the microwave for 1 minute. Heat for additional 10 seconds as needed until the desired temperature is reached. Apply to sore areas for 20 minutes, then remove and wait at least 20 minutes.
2. Reapply pack for another 20 minutes, if needed.
   
   
3. For cold therapy, place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
