Experience the ancient Ayurvedic practice of dry brushing with our 100% vegan dry brush made with natural sisal bristles and beech wood.

This ritual helps stimulate the lymphatic system to boost your body's natural detoxification.

This weekly routine gently exfoliates dead cells to reveal smoother, ingrown-free skin and deeply absorb body products into the epidermis. 

  1. Start your dry brush ritual at the toes. Brush in small upward strokes up the legs and toward the heart.
  2. Follow the same movement for your arms from your fingertips toward the center of your chest.
  3. Guide the brush from your belly to the heart + brush in gently upward motions. Repeat on the back. Dry brush 2-3 times a week.
  4. Finally, cleanse the skin. Apply a nutritive body serum or cream to hydrated softened skin.

Made of beech wood, natural sisal bristles, and cotton (the strap).

Keep in a dry area. Twice a week, wash with cold water and mild soap. Let it hang dry completely.
