Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened milk of choice (almond or oat work great for this)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ tart green apple, sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened nut butter (we chose almond)
Directions
- Add yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and chia seeds to a bowl.
- Stir until evenly combined.
- Set aside to thicken for roughly 15 minutes.
- Once the mixture has thickened and the texture if to your liking, top your bowl with nut butter, apple slices, and a dash of cinnamon.
