"Right before going on stage as a professional concert pianist in New York City, Angela Jia Kim applied a lotion. She was horrified when she broke out in hives during her performance. She investigated a better solution by researching organic ingredients and eventually founded her Korean beauty-inspired skincare line, Savor Beauty, in 2017 in her kitchen.
