Mist Toner all over face 3-5 times. Layer toner under serums and moisturizers to penetrate the epidermis 5-7 times deeper. It can also be used to set makeup or for an on-the-go skin refresher. Warm 2-3 drops of Carrot Rose Serum in palm, pat + press onto skin in out upward motions. Due to its potency, use once every 2-3 days.
