- Start your dry brush ritual at the toes. Brush in small upward strokes up the legs and toward the heart.
- Follow the same movement for your arms from your fingertips toward the center of your chest.
- Guide the brush from your belly to the heart + brush in gently upward motions. Repeat on the back. Dry brush 2-3 times a week.
